A lot of people react to the weather. One of my friends gets depressed during the rainy season, very depressed. Just accept this feeling, this way it will become easier. Say a prayer and everything will improve. God bless you.

So sorry. Did you have a bad experience or go through some kind of trauma relating to winter? That can abruptly start a phobia that wasn't there before. One way to overcome a phobia is by "baby steps." Start by looking at pictures of snow, talking about the weather, etc. You know, things that don't scare you badly. Then work your way up until, I guess, you can go outside in the snow. I know it's terrifying, but start formulating a plan for overcoming it and you'll start to feel better about it already. Good luck. :)
